An apparently simple jam, which hides a spicy universe within thanks to Tahitian vanilla and black pepper.
It is ideal for breakfast and snacks, excellent for pies but also to prepare an unforgettable sachertorte!
Apricot, pepper and vanilla jam also goes very well with semi-hard and hard cheeses during an aperitif or appetizers.
It is an artisanal product, we recommend storage in the refrigerator once the jar has been opened.
Ingredients: apricot pulp, sugar, nh pectin, citric acid, Tahitian vanilla, black pepper.
Keep in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
