A great classic, a fragrant and soft dessert loved by all of our clients.

It is flour-free and is based on rice starch, corn starch and potato starch, making it extremely soft and light.

The vasocottura technique (literally cooking-in-a-jar) , thanks to its vacuum system, allows you to keep our citrus cake as fresh from the oven for up to 5 months!

Ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, rice starch, corn starch, candied lemon paste, candied orange paste, starch, vegetable fiber, baking, Tahitian vanilla, salt.

Allergens: it may contain traces of nuts.

Keep in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
