• Champagne Philipponnat Royale Réserve: Pinot Noir 65%, Chardonnay 30%, Pinot Meunier 5%, Alcohol content 12%. Bottle format 75 cl. Produced with refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. Aged for 36 months on the yeasts.

Panettone: Water, wheat flour type “0”, butter, pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, mother yeast, uht milk, rice starch, honey, orange paste, fresh cream, rock salt, vanilla paste, grapes, orange and candied citron, flavourings.

Peach jam: peaches, sugar.

Pralines: sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, concentrated butter (MILK), water, whole MILK powder, concentrated whole MILK, inverted sugar, chestnuts, ALMONDS, passion fruit puree (ingredients: juice and passion fruit pulp, sugar), Bourgogne blackcurrant pulp, blackcurrant pulp, tangerine granules, red sugar, natural vanilla extract, chopped marrons glacés, natural flowers, BARLEY malt extract, apricot puree (ingredients: apricot puree, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid), stabilizer: D-sorbitol, natural flavouring, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, glazing agents: gum acacia, beeswax, carnauba wax , shellac, acidifier: citric acid, natural mint flavouring, colourings: E120, E132, violet flavouring.
