Colomba Cucchi is a most typical dove-like bread that fully represents our Easter tradition.
It is prepared following the traditional recipe which involves a natural leavening process of excellence, thanks to the constant "refreshment" of the mother yeast, with candied orange peel and its typical citrus aroma and the almond icing to cover.
Wheat flour, candied orange peel 21% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, cane sugar), egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water).
Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; 2.3% fresh ground orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, powdered vanilla pods.
Icing: sugar, almonds, egg white, 1.0% Piedmont hazelnut IGP, kernels, rice flour.
Gluten, eggs and derivatives, milk and derivatives. It may contain traces of nuts and soy.
Keep in its cellophane bag once opened and store it in a dry place.
